Travis has decades of experience focusing on patent portfolio management, including patent prosecution, strategic counseling, and rendering freedom to operate, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions. Travis’s experience also includes the highly specialized appellate and post-grant practices at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Travis has developed an expertise in a broad range of technologies from chemistry to metallurgy, from electronics to medical devices, and from hygiene products to building products.

As is the focus at Boone IP, Travis is always working on new and better ways to get results for his clients. Travis focuses on trends, analytics, and new USPTO programs to ensure results.

Travis is a frequent lecturer on patent prosecution and post grant procedures before many patent professional groups in the United States and abroad. His experience also includes management of the IP Section of a large firm.
